Renovate. Reconnect.

As a church family, we’ve always strived to connect people to God’s love by belonging in gatherings, trusting Christ in communities, and loving others in ministries. The size of our church and location do not limit what we do in the community. We believe God gives us the ability to go out and serve Peoria in whatever way we can through outreach, partnership, and diverse relationships. We’ve answered God’s calling and gone where He led us with obedience, prayer, and without ego for nearly 100 years. We’ll continue to do this for generations, but we need to give ourselves the tools to succeed in this calling. However, in order to move our church forward into the next century of service to Peoria, we need your help.

We’re renovating our church today to grow God’s Kingdom for generations.

As you read through our plans for renovating our church, we ask you to pray for the future of Peoria Nazarene Church and how the renovation project today will make a lasting impact for our families, friends, and neighbors for generations to come. This is a project not to serve us, but to serve God’s Kingdom and grow it in Peoria. This is an opportunity for us to create a facility that will invite others to come to know Jesus Christ. We’ve been blessed to grow our congregation in this building for so long — now it’s time for us to take the next step in our faith.

With Love and Faith in God, Pastor Mark McCall

“Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.”
— Galatians 6:10

How can I help?

Through the Peoria Nazarene Church capital campaign, we’re calling on current members as well as alumni to give to the church’s mission. Our goal is to raise $600,000 in addition to a loan already secured by the church. The actual collection period for pledges is 18 months. Right now, funding is currently underway as an estimated $2,500 per month from the general giving fund and an additional $1,500 per month from individuals’ designated giving. It’s important to note this isn’t any one person’s project — this is a project for future generations that will be transformational. The remodeling of our church should happen to better serve God and his calling for us.

The church will be hosting a Commitment Sunday on July 11. Please pray about how you can make a faithful sacrifice and then fill out a pledge card in person at the service or submit to the church office by July 19th. Deposits toward your pledge can be made online through our PushPay campaign.

If you would like assistance setting up online giving through PushPay,
please contact our Treasurer or call the church office (309) 692-3131.
