Hey Jude

Throughout history the Church has had its share of battles from within and from without. Sometimes they have been real physical battles and other times they have been more theological or intellectual. Even today, as throughout history, the church continues to come under attacks from false teachings; yet God has equipped the Church to withstand these threats and to fight for the true faith. As false teachers have arisen against the church, this short letter of Jude encourages believers to contend for the faith by putting forth an intense effort to fight for the truth of the gospel. Jude also assures believers that Jesus protects and preserves His people until he returns and presents them to the Father.
