Join us for the Family Bus Trip to THE FIELD MUSEUM on Friday, July 21. The Field Museum is a natural history museum in Chicago, Illinois, and is one of the largest such museums in the world. Sign-up at the Welcome Center or contact the church office.
This event is prioritizing our church families with children and/or youth, but is open for anyone in our church family who would like to attend. Please sign-up at the Welcome Center.
Being a church that values connecting people to God’s love, the church is giving each individual a 50% discount for each seat to Chicago and back on the Peoria Charter Coach bus. The cost for each seat is $20. Please write “Bus Trip” on your check, envelope, etc.
The museum does have an admission fee. Each person/family will be responsible for the cost of admission to the museum and their meals. You can check the cost at fieldmuseum.org/visit.
We will depart the Peoria Nazarene Church parking lot at 7:30 AM on Friday, July 21.
We will travel to The Field Museum at 1400 S. Lake Shore Dr., Chicago. For more information about The Field Museum go to fieldmuseum.org.
Lunch will be on your own at the museum. The museum does have a cafe and bistro. If you’d rather bring your lunch, there are tables on the ground level.
We will leave the museum at 4:00 PM.
We plan to stop for pizza on the return, but do not have the location picked yet. Please remember to bring money for your meal.
We plan to arrive back at the Peoria Nazarene Church parking lot at approximately 8:00 PM.
