Construction Update (December 17)

Work continues in the Lower Level. Here are some of the things that have happened this past week as the Connecting Generations Project continues.

• ES Construction completed Mold remediation and painted the ceilings to prevent mold reoccurrence.
• HVAC units have been delivered. New ducts are being installed. Installation is by Mucciante Heating & Cooling.
• Concrete Sawing is complete in basement.
• New plumbing rough-ins are being completed by Paluska Plumbing.
• New metal stud walls are being assembled.
