Connecting Generations Building Presentation

On Sunday, June 6, we shared the exciting vision for renovating our building to better facilitate our mission for generations to come.

Peoria Nazarene Church began in 1925. We have a rich history of connecting people to God’s love for almost 100 years. In 1975, Pastor James Hazelwood, the church board, and membership, completed construction of our current facility on the corner of University and Austin Street. For 46 years, we have ministered to our community and connected countless people to God’s love in our current facility.

As we approach our 100th anniversary in 2025, we have a need and opportunity to update our current facility to better reflect our mission and the uniqueness of our intergenerational church family. We also have an opportunity to serve our community more effectively through updating our facility.
