DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Family Bus Trip to THE FIELD MUSEUM on Friday\, July 21. The Field Museum is a natural history museum in Chicago\, Illinois\, and is one of the largest such museums in the world. Sign-up at the Welcome Center or contact the church office. \nThis event is prioritizing our church families with children and/or youth\, but is open for anyone in our church family who would like to attend. Please sign-up at the Welcome Center. \nBeing a church that values connecting people to God’s love\, the church is giving each individual a 50% discount for each seat to Chicago and back on the Peoria Charter Coach bus. The cost for each seat is $20. Please write “Bus Trip” on your check\, envelope\, etc. \nThe museum does have an admission fee. Each person/family will be responsible for the cost of admission to the museum and their meals. You can check the cost at fieldmuseum.org/visit. \nWe will depart the Peoria Nazarene Church parking lot at 7:30 AM on Friday\, July 21. \nWe will travel to The Field Museum at 1400 S. Lake Shore Dr.\, Chicago. For more information about The Field Museum go to fieldmuseum.org. \nLunch will be on your own at the museum. The museum does have a cafe and bistro. If you’d rather bring your lunch\, there are tables on the ground level. \nWe will leave the museum at 4:00 PM. \nWe plan to stop for pizza on the return\, but do not have the location picked yet. Please remember to bring money for your meal. \nWe plan to arrive back at the Peoria Nazarene Church parking lot at approximately 8:00 PM.

SUMMARY:Sunday Morning Worship Gathering
DESCRIPTION:Join us in person or online (Facebook and Youtube) each Sunday for our weekly worship gathering at 10:30 AM. \nOur sermon series for July is called “Jesus is Lord.” We will follow the themes of the 30th General Assembly of the Church of the Nazarene held earlier this Summer and look at what it means to live an authentic life demonstrating to the world that “Jesus is Lord!” \n\nJuly 2 – “Go”\nJuly 9 – “Follow”\nJuly 16 – “Worship”\nJuly 23 – “Share”\nJuly 30 – “Love”\n\nWe are also excited to hear from some members of our church each Sunday who attended General Assembly. It was a powerful time of worship with the global Church of the Nazarene. There were members at the assembly from over 100 of the 164 world areas where the Church of the Nazarene is present. \nChildren’s Ministry is provided for all ages during the message. Stop by the Welcome Center for more information.
